The successful candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, demonstrating enthusiasm for booking at our resort.
This is a position for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience preferred but not required.
Our season is from April to November - we would love our chosen candidate to come back each year.
Hours would be approximately 20 per week - including weekends.
Responsibilities:
Familiar with camping.
Good phone and email skills.
Great customer service.
Problem solving.
Book RV camp sites to customers.
Astra POS system.
Cashier.
Drive golf cart around campground if needed.
Verify RV site cleanliness.
Stock/Sell/ store items.
Store cleanliness including vacumming, dusting.
Bathroom cleanliness/stocking if needed.
Meter reads (will train).
Pool readings/monitoring (will train).
Opportunity to create/host events with our customers.
Work independently.
